Effective Immediately:
Settlers Bay Home Owners Association is changing their Transfer
Fee. The Transfer Fee will increase from $100 to $200.
The association, within 10 days after a written request, shall
furnish a Resale Certificate containing the necessary
information, in Accordance with The Alaska Uniform Common
Interest Ownership Act, AS 34.08. There is no additional fee for
the Resale Certificates.
The Association will try an accommodate “Rush” requests with an
additional fee of $100, making the transfer fee $300. The
Association will not be held liable for missed deadlines on
“Rush” requests.
