About
A Little Bit of History:
Settlers Bay Owners Association was originally established in 1976 by a Native corporation. It was eventually sold to Trillium Corporation who met with financial hardship of their Alaska holdings. They eventually divided and sold all holdings except Unit 1 and Unit 2 and the park (Track J) which was left to SBOA to self-govern.
