Settlers Bay Park Pavilion RSVP

Settlers Bay Park is a private park, primarily for the use of homeowners of the Settlers Bay subdivision.
 
The general public or large parties must obtain permission before use.

*Homeowners, you must log in to your profile to reserve the pavilion online. 

Settlers Bay Park Rules
  • Hours – 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • No trespassing beyond park boundaries
  • No recreational motorized vehicles
  • No camping
  • All vehicles restricted to public roads & parking lot: exception – park entrance access may be used strictly for access & egress for bringing supplies & providing clean up.
  • No actions or noise that shall cause a disturbance of the peace
  • No littering – all refuse, (including any paper confetti or silly string) from the park & picnic area must be removed upon leaving
  • No activities that violate local statutes, regulations & ordinances. Alcohol may be consumed only if the proper permits are obtained. Such permits shall be shown upon request
  • No horses or other livestock allowed within the park boundaries
  • No sidewalk chalk or paint. You'll be charged the full amount to remove or repair any evidence of chalk, paint, or damage to the facility.
  • Neither electricity nor running water is available for your use at the park.
  • Violation of any rule may result in immediate loss of privilege of use

Fee Schedule

Homeowners
  • $20/hour non-refundable fee.

Non-Homeowners
  • $30/hour non-refundable fee.

It is understood that the group will leave Settler’s Bay Park as it was before the event. Any damages, repairs, or costs involved in the replacement of and labor for the replacement of gravel, mulch, property, garbage clean up etc. will be paid by the individual or organization requesting use of the facility. If damages occur, Settler’s Bay Owners Association, Inc., will notify the contact person and provide specifications regarding the reason and costs of the damage. It is prohibited to drive or park within the recreational area except loading and unloading.
 
RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING PARK USAGE 
 
In granting a use agreement for park facilities, Settler’s Bay Owners Association, Inc., does not relinquish and does retain the right to the control and management thereof and to enforce all rules, policies, and ordinances. Holders of an Agreement for the use of any park facility do hereby agree to hold the Settler’s Bay Owners Association, Inc. and its employees and/or agents free and harmless from all claims of liability for injury to any person or persons or loss or damages to property occasioned by or in connection with the use of the facility and assume full responsibility for the character, acts and conduct of all persons admitted to said facility by consent of said user's representatives or any persons acting for and on behalf of said user.
 
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE 
 
A Certificate of Insurance is not required for general use of the facilities listed, except at the discretion of the Parks Director, when activities involved warrant special coverage of the event.
 
COMPLY WITH ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING USE OF THE FACILITIES REQUESTED.
 
Note: Park staff will unlock facilities. You will be responsible for letting the staff know when you have left so that a walk-through can be done and the gate locked.
