Settlers Bay Park is a private park, primarily for the use of homeowners of the Settlers Bay subdivision.
The general public or large parties must obtain permission before use.

For Homeowners, you must be signed into your profile to reserve the pavilion online.
Settlers Bay Park Rules
- Hours – 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
- No trespassing beyond park boundaries
- No recreational motorized vehicles
- No camping
- All vehicles restricted to public roads & parking lot: exception – park entrance access may be used strictly for access & egress for bringing supplies & providing clean up.
- No actions or noise that shall cause a disturbance of the peace
- No littering – all refuse from park & picnic area must be removed upon leaving
- No activities that violate local statutes, regulations & ordinances. Alcohol may be consumed only if the proper permits are obtained. Such permits shall be shown upon request
- No horses allowed within the park boundaries
- Violation of any rule may result in immediate loss of privilege of use
- Neither electricity nor running water is available for your use at the park.
Reservations will only be made when the Park Use Form and deposit are received.

Homeowners
- Small Groups (under 30)
- $50.00 damage deposit (includes trash removal), No Use Fee required.
- Large Groups (over 30)
- $100.00 damage deposit (includes trash removal), $50.00 Use Fee required.
Non-Homeowners
- Any Group Size
- $150.00 damage deposit (includes trash removal), and $150.00 Use Fee required.
