Architectural Control Committee plan approval procedures for new construction and home improvement.

 

Specific procedures must be followed in applying for construction approval within this subdivision, PRIOR to commencing construction. To Obtain a Certificate of Compliance a builder must submit the following documents to the ACC.

• As-Built Survey
• ICBO Building Inspections
• Water Utility Connection Application with Receipt (Northern Utility Services Utilities Residential Application)
